Aromatherapy - You can choose to add essential oils to your treatment if you wish. There will be a list of oils to choose from when you arrive. Please just mention this upon arrival. It is just an additional $5 for up to two chosen oils. Aromatherapy essential oils can really enhance your treatment for not only the aroma to relax or uplift but also to help with strengthening the body's immune system, circulation problems, nervous tension, sinus issues or perhaps hayfever, as examples.
Reflexology
Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, involves the application of gentle pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using specific thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques. Feet and hands map the entire body including organs and glands. By application of pressure to these reflexes using gentle thumb/finger movements the body's function maybe influenced.

Lymphatic drainage of the body through the feet
Lymphatic fluid flows superficially under the skin's surface so this therapy need only be light in touch to maintain the flow.
The lymphatic system helps to maintain the correct fluid balance in the tissues and blood. Another important function of the lymphatic system is to convey germs and pathogens to the lymph nodes via the lymphatic vessels to activate the immunological chain reaction that defends the body.
Full treatment is done on the feet. After gentle warm-up moves of the feet, the gentle flow of the lymphatic fluid sequence begins. This treatment is very relaxing.

Balancing the Endocrine System through the feet
The glands of the endocrine system are where hormones are produced, stored and released. Hormonal imbalances may interfere with normal body functions. After gentle massage of the feet, specific points on the feet are touched lightly for up to a minute each or until balanced
